In 2019, I decided to pursue my passion for yoga by teaching others. I'm based in the Carrollton, GA area and my goal as a professional yoga instructor is to help clients tap into their inner selves and break free from their comfort zones. Through my classes, I strive to improve body mobility and promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Yoga is an endless journey of self-discovery and growth, starting with a simple pose and a single thought.
